2 inches ginger root (or 2 tsp. dried ginger)
2 tbsp. organic lemon juice
1-2 tsp. whole stevia or honey
4 cups (1L) filtered water


Chop the ginger root submerge to freshly boiled water for 5 minutes with a lid cover. Let it cool then add the lemon and honey or stevia.
